Manager of Hardwire Pros
As our Regional Operations Manager, Sanda Rincon provides and supports a broad range of detail management here at Hardwire Pros. By successfully acquiring, maintaining, and upgrading our networking portfolio, she has not only increased overall annual revenue but has also made a name for herself with our Project Managers.
Starting in 2023 Sanda began working for Hardwire Pro. quickly moving up from office clerk to assistant manager within a year. Attention to detail, along with many years of office experience, solidified her place as manager in 2026. With her positive can-do attitude and welcoming personality, she is admired by everyone in the office.
Originally from Bosnia Sanda has faced numerous challenges in her life. As an infant, her family fled the 1992 genocide in Bosnia in search of a better life. Migrating to Germany shortly after, the language was a constant challenge. Learning Bosnian by family members, German from Germany, and English in America, she overcame those obstacles by reading encyclopedias at a young age. Sanda also would perfect her speaking and literary skills, assisting her refugee father in filing important paperwork and emails. Perfecting her communication skills as she got older has made her the eloquent, sophisticated, warm-hearted speaker we all know today.
